Welcome to A Mountain Escape Day Spa.

Enjoy a much needed escape from the hectic pace of daily life in the tranquil setting of our beautiful day spa. We are centrally located in the foothill/mountain community, only a short drive from Fresno, Clovis, Prather, Auberry, Shaver Lake, Friant, Oakhurst, Coarsegold, etc. For those who'd like to relax after a day of skiing, fishing, camping or hiking, we are right on your way to/from Sierra Summit; Huntington, Edison and Florence lakes; and the campsites/cabins in the Sierra National Forest. As part of our involvement in the community, we feature the work of local artists, and we offer classes with Middle Way Yoga (see below). We also have space available for special events/other classes that fit within the spirit of our mission!
